Shipping Responsibility & Transit Times

All Thread Da Needle LLC products are custom-made and shipped via third-party freight carriers. Once an order has been completed and handed over to the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer.

While we make every effort to meet estimated production and shipping timelines, all delivery dates provided are estimates, not guarantees.

Carrier Delays & Liability

Thread Da Needle LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays or backlogs

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Acts of God

  • Labor disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, any delays, missed delivery windows, or transit issues are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier.

Late Deliveries

Thread Da Needle LLC does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for late arrivals, including for tournaments, games, events, or specific deadlines. Customers are encouraged to place orders with sufficient lead time to account for potential shipping delays.

Refunds, chargebacks, or credits will not be issued for shipping delays once an order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Customers must notify Thread Da Needle LLC within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

  • Resolution timelines are subject to the carrier’s claims process and policies.

Thread Da Needle LLC is not responsible for carrier claim denials.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options reduce transit time but do not guarantee delivery dates. Selecting expedited shipping does not shift liability for carrier delays to Thread Da Needle LLC.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Additional fees incurred due to incorrect addresses, re-routing, or re-delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to Thread Da Needle LLC’s production and shipping timelines and understands that once an order has shipped, Thread Da Needle LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delays or delivery issues.
